Pixels of the Past is an open-source, non-commercial project celebrating Australian-made video games. The project enables players to "jump" through reimagined levels, collect fun facts, and discover the legacy of classic Aussie games in this playful tribute to Australia’s gaming history!
The Crossy Road Edition lets players explore a platforming level inspired by the original Crossy Road (2014), collecting facts about the game along the way.

Crossy Road Original:
Crossy Road (2014) was developed by Hipster Whale in 2014 and released onto Android and Apple. Inspired by Frogger and the ‘why did the chicken cross the road?’ joke, it is an endless runner game where the player hops across traffic to collect coins and see how far they can get.
